Tailor-extracted cannabis oil.

Unlike our competitors who typically only offer an off-the-shelf option, we provide our customers with custom oil that meets their specific needs.

What We Make

Custom oil that meets the needs of your business.

We know that the last thing you want to do after harvesting is search for a processor that will give your flower the care and attention it deserves. Other companies only have cookie-cutter solutions focusing on the lowest-priced offerings. We do things differently, modifying our process to your specific needs.

Raw Cannabis Oil (RCO)

RCO best represents the oil as it exists in the flowering cannabis plant. It is highly concentrated in THC-a and contains a "full-spectrum" of cannabinoids.

Activated Cannabis Oil (ACO)

We refer to any cannabis oil that undergoes decarboxylation as Activated Cannabis Oil. To decarboxylate the oil, we introduce heat to release the carboxylic acid in the form of CO2 and water vapor. This process "activates" the psychoactive properties of the cannabinoids.

Distillate

If further refinement is needed, we can isolate the target compounds via molecular distillation. This process separates the compounds based on their boiling point. We refer to these oil products as distillate.  Most distillate is light, translucent, and honey-colored, making it a popular choice for vaporizers.

THC-a & CBD Isolate

THC-a and CBD can be refined via crystallization. CBD or THC-a rich product is dissolved into USP grade solvent and chilled. This reduces the solubility of the target cannabinoid, resulting in precipitation of the desired compound in its pure form.

Solventless RCO

Ice hash is a solventless concentrate made up of trichomes that are sifted through a series of screens in the presence of water and ice cubes.

Solventless Rosin

Unlike traditional solvent extracts, rosin is made using solventless methods. Essentially, two heated plates press cannabis material in a parchment paper at a high pressure to make a golden-like, resinous oil. Rosin methods remove resinous trichome glands leaving only the pure cannabis oil.

Sauce

Sauce is a cannabis extract with a sticky, liquid consistency - typically produced using a unique process designed to create a two-component final product: cannabinoid-rich crystals with high levels of THC suspended in terpene-rich oil. Sauce extractions are known for high levels of terpenes, which give them incredibly robust flavor profiles.

Options

We’re always working to expand our product offering so we work with each partner individually to select the extraction solvents and optional refinement steps that work for their products. Extraction solvent options include hydrocarbons (propane, butane, pentane, hexane, heptane) and alcohols (ethanol, isopropanol). Optional refinement steps include terpene isolation, adsorbent scrubbing, and winterization.

We don't just take on clients — we partner up.

Nothing is worse than getting treated like a carbon copy, but that’s what our competitors tend to do when it comes to oil processing. That’s weak. Your product is unique, so we operate like a trusted partner to deliver truly one-of-a-kind services.

Frequent Questions

So… what’s up with the white gloved hands?

When we started our business, we wanted to be different by creating a “white-glove service” experience for our clients. Having white-gloved hands throughout our brand visuals keeps things fun with a nod to our expertise and extra attention to understand our clients and genuinely caring about your success.

Are you really that much different from other oil processors?

Yep! We don’t call ourselves Oregon’s only tailor-extracted cannabis oil processor for nothing, but we back that claim up with our products. Don’t take our word for it, check out some of our partner feedback or get in touch so we can talk about your next project!

What types of companies do you work with?

We think of ourselves as your partner in oil processing, but we know that projects come in all shapes and sizes. The first step is to figure out your goals and how you think we can help make those goals a reality. If you’re ready to discuss your next project, or you just have some other questions, you can reach out to us here.

The product I’m looking to make isn’t shown on your site. Am I S.O.L.?

Not at all! Well, maybe, but that depends on what exactly you’re looking to make and whether or not it’s something we have the capabilities to do. Most likely we can help you out, the only way to know for sure is to give us some more information about the project, so head on over here and let us know what you’ve got in mind!
